Rashihli for Salla stores — last updated: August 2026

By installing and using the Rashihli app on your Salla store, you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree with them, please do not install the app, or remove it from your store.

What the service does

Rashihli adds a short quiz to your storefront that asks your visitor a few questions about what they need, then recommends products from your own catalogue based on their answers. The quiz questions are generated automatically from your product data using AI models, and stored to be shown to your visitors.

Subscription and payment

• Subscription, billing and management happen entirely through the Salla platform, not directly with us. We never receive or see your card details.
• Your subscription begins on installation according to the plan you choose. If it ends or you cancel it, the app stops working on your store automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan you chose, unless you cancel from your Salla dashboard.
• Salla's own App Store refund policy applies and governs any refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your store dashboard. After cancelling, the app keeps working until the end of your paid period, then stops appearing to your customers. When the app is removed we delete your store's connection credentials immediately — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Your responsibilities

• That you own the store, or are authorised to install apps on it.
• That your product data is accurate — recommendations are built from it, so an inaccurate description means an inaccurate recommendation.
• Not to use the app for anything unlawful or against Salla's own terms.
• Not to resell the service or make it available to a store other than the subscribed one.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Questions and recommendations are automatically generated, may not be perfect in every case, and we do not guarantee any particular increase in your sales. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and are not liable for indirect loss arising from downtime or from an unsuitable recommendation. Our liability in any case does not exceed what you paid for the service in the last month.

Intellectual property

The app, its code and its design belong to us. Your store and product data remain yours. The quiz questions generated for your store are available for you to use within your store for as long as your subscription lasts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by the email registered with Salla or inside the app panel. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version.
