تطبيق «رشّحلي» لمتاجر سلة — آخر تحديث: أغسطس ٢٠٢٦

«رشّحلي» تطبيق يضاف إلى متجرك على سلة ليعرض على عملائك اختبارًا قصيرًا يرشّح لهم منتجات من كتالوجك بناءً على إجاباتهم. هذه الصفحة توضّح ما الذي يصل إلينا من بيانات، وكيف نستخدمه، وما لا نجمعه إطلاقًا.

ما نصل إليه من متجرك

عند تثبيت التطبيق عبر سلة، نطلب الأذونات التالية فقط:

• بيانات المنتجات — الاسم والوصف والسعر والقسم والصور، وهي ما يُبنى عليه محتوى الاختبار والترشيحات.
• إعدادات المتجر — اللغة والعملة، لعرض الاختبار بالشكل الصحيح لمتجرك.
• الدخول المستمر (offline access) — ليستمر التطبيق في العمل دون الحاجة لإعادة الربط باستمرار.

لا نطلب — ولا نستطيع الوصول إلى — بيانات الطلبات أو البيانات الشخصية لعملائك. لا الاسم، ولا رقم الهاتف، ولا البريد الإلكتروني، ولا أي تفصيل من تفاصيل الطلب. التطبيق يطلب من سلة الأذونات الثلاثة أعلاه فقط.

ما يحدث عندما يستخدم عميلك الاختبار

الودجت الذي يظهر على واجهة متجرك لا يضع أي كوكيز على جهاز العميل، ولا يخزّن أي شيء محليًا في متصفحه. إجابات العميل تُعالَج لحظيًا لحساب الترشيح، ولا تُحفظ مرتبطة بهويته على الإطلاق.

نحتفظ فقط بعدّادات مجمّعة لا تحمل أي هوية: عدد مرات فتح الاختبار، وعدد مرات النقر على منتج مُرشَّح، من أجل عرض إحصائية بسيطة لك كتاجر. لا يوجد في هذه العدّادات أي معرّف للعميل أو عنوان IP أو أي بيانات شخصية.

الذكاء الاصطناعي

نستخدم مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي (OpenRouter) لتوليد أسئلة الاختبار من نصوص منتجاتك. ما يُرسَل إليه هو نصوص المنتجات فقط — لا يصل إليه أي بيانات عن عملائك أو عن هويتهم إطلاقًا.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

عند إزالة التطبيق من متجرك، تُحذف بيانات الاتصال (التوكنز) فورًا. تبقى بيانات الكتالوج والعدّادات المجمّعة محفوظة لفترة، تحسّبًا لإعادة التثبيت، ويمكنك طلب حذفها نهائيًا في أي وقت بمراسلتنا على البريد أدناه.

الأمان

كل الاتصال مشفّر عبر HTTPS. تحقّق سلة من صحة كل حدث (webhook) عبر توقيع رقمي قبل معالجته. لوحة تحكم التاجر محمية بجلسة دخول لا تظهر في رابط الصفحة.

Privacy Policy

Rashihli is an app added to your Salla store that shows your customers a short quiz recommending products from your own catalogue based on their answers. This page explains what data reaches us, how we use it, and what we do not collect at all.

What we access from your store

When the app is installed via Salla, we request only:

• Product data — name, description, price, category and images, which is what the quiz and its recommendations are built from.
• Store settings — language and currency, so the quiz is shown correctly for your store.
• Offline access — so the app keeps working without you having to reconnect it repeatedly.

We do not request — and cannot access — your order data or your customers' personal information. No name, phone number, email, or order detail. The app asks Salla for only the three permissions listed above.

What happens when your customer takes the quiz

The widget shown on your storefront sets no cookie and stores nothing locally in the customer's browser. Their answers are processed live to compute a recommendation and are never saved linked to their identity.

We keep only anonymous, aggregated counters — how many times the quiz was opened, how many times a recommended product was clicked — to show you a simple stat on your own dashboard. None of these counters carry a customer identifier, an IP address, or any personal data.

AI processing

We use an external AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate quiz questions from your product text. Only product text is ever sent to it — no customer data or identity reaches it at any point.

Data retention and deletion

When the app is removed from your store, connection credentials are deleted immediately. Catalogue data and aggregate counters are kept for a period in case of reinstallation, and can be permanently deleted on request at any time by emailing us.

Security

All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Every webhook from Salla is verified by signature before being processed. The merchant panel is protected by a login session that never appears in the page's own URL.
